Menya byinshi ku ndwara yo  kwibagirwa ‘Amnesia’

Mu buzima tubamo duhura na byinshi, gusa ntabwo byose dukunze kubyibuka. Akenshi kwibagirwa ntidukunze kubifata nk’ikibazo gikomeye nyamara ariko iyo umuntu atangiye kujya yibagirwa cyane kandi ibintu byinshi, birashoboka ko yaba ari indwara yo kwibagirwa ( Amnesia).

Iyi ndwara kimwe n’izindi,igira isoko ndetse n’uburyo yakwirindwa. Bimwe mu bikunze gutera iyo ndwara harimo:                                                                                      kunywa inzoga nyinshi cyangwa gufata ibiyobyabwenge, gukomereka mu mutwe bikomeye, kurya indyo ituzuye, umubyibuho ukabije, kunaniza ubwonko cyane ndetse n’indwara zo mu mutwe nk’ihahamuka.
 
Mu bimenyetso by’iyi ndwara na byo harimo;kwibagirwa cyane ku buryo utibuka n’icyo wari umaze kubona, kwibuka ikintu ibice bice, kwibuka ibitajyanye no kwibagirwa gahoro gahoro cyangwa se bikaba ibya burundu.

Ikindi wakora ni ugufata isukari iri mu rugero kuko bifasha ubwonko gukora neza,kota akazuba ka mugitondo kataratyara cyane no kurya ibikungahaye kuri vitamini D kuko bituma ubwonko bwawe bukora neza bikanagabanya ibyago byo gufatwa n’iyi ndwara.

Gufata ibyo kurya birimo vitamini B12 na byo ni byiza cyane bifasha ubwonko gukora neza no gusubira ku murongo.

Niba ukunze kwibagirwa cyane, jya ukunda gusabana n’abandi, witoze gufata mu mutwe ndetse ujye wirinda inzoga nyinshi cyangwa itabi.
